Job Description

• Scope project requirements and prepare resource and budget for the project
• Prepare and review project plan, setting up project timeline and work breakdown
  structures
• Manage project progress, stakeholders, and risks to ensure project meets the agreed
  scope, quality, budget and schedule
• Provide leadership and direction in design, development, support and implementation
  of application and technical delivery
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Aptitude to quickly understand technical concepts in order to explain to business
  partners
• Provide regular reporting to management on progress of assigned projects,
  highlighting risks and propose mitigation actions and follow-up.

Requirements

• Adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timeline
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and relationship building skills,
• Familiar with factory automation environment and semiconductor industry would be
  an advantage
• Good knowledge in C,C++ and/or other object-oriented programming language will
  be an advantage
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, as well as any other regional languages
  a bonus
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Optics or related
  engineering fields
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical project or product management
