  • Ability to switch and mix channels to adjust working distance and illumination angle
  • SmartVisionLink™-enabled to allow for easy intensity adjustment in both continuous and OverDrive™strobe modes
  • Ability to control intensity for the entire light or for each of the three LED channels if using BTM-1000 Bluetooth Module
  • Multi-Drive™ provides both OverDrive™ and continuous mode functionality.

The S75 Brick Light Series is a spot light that features a built-in smart driver. NPN or PNP trigger signal inputs can be used to control the on/off input of the light. The intensity of the light can be controlled via 1-10VDC analog signal line or by adjusting the built-in manual potentiometer. Heat is dissipated through the aluminum back plate, which allows the S75 Brick Light Series to be run at a higher intensity current.

The S75G2 spot light features an integrated Multi-Drive driver that can produce up to 300,000 lux. NPN or PNP triggers can be used to control the light for either OverDrive or continuous operation. Control light intensity via 1 – 10 VDC analog intensity line or remotely using SmartVisionLink .

Product Advantages

  • SmartVisionLink™-enabled for easy intensity adjustment
  • MultiDrive™ provides both OverDrive™ and continuous mode functionality
  • Built-in status indicators
  • Available in short wave infrared
  • Compact, low profile footprint

The SB75 Brick Light features a built-in smart driver and a diffused lens, making it a viable option for silhouetting objects. The manual potentiometer control allows the intensity to be adjusted from 10%-100%. A user can also adjust the intensity with the 1-10VDC analog signal line. Heat is dissipated through the aluminum back plate, allowing the SB75 to be run at a higher current and a greater intensity.

The SC75 is the basic spot light version of the S75 Brick Light. It features a built-in smart driver. NPN or PNP trigger signal inputs can be used to control the on/off input of the light. A 75 mm active light area provides an intense and diffuse light pattern at any given working distance.

The SOBL Backlight Series is an innovative and highly versatile light. SOBL backlights are area lit for a more intense and highly diffuse lighting output. Lights have built-in drivers, so no external driver is needed. At just 30 mm in-depth, the lights can be easily mounted in tight locations. Active area dimensions (in millimeters) include but are not limited to 150 x 100, 150 x 150, 200 x 150, 200 x 200, 300 x 150, 300 x 200, 300 x 300, and 450 x 450. Custom sizes available upon request.

The SOBLW Series features a stainless-steel IP68-rated enclosure with sealed bolts and a waterproof connector for food industry and washdown environments. The lights are highly versatile, with many custom sizes available. The series provides intense and highly diffuse area lighting with a built-in driver, so no external driver is needed. Active area dimensions (mm) include but are not limited to 150 x 150, 190 x 190, 300 x 150, 300 x 300, and 450 x 300.

The SW75 Brick Light is a spot light that features a stainless-steel IP68-rated enclosure specially designed for the food industry and washdown environments. NPN or PNP trigger signal inputs can be used to control the pulse of the light. The intensity of the light can be controlled via 1-10VDC analog signal line or by adjusting the built-in manual potentiometer.

The SWB75 Brick Light Series of spot lights features a stainless-steel IP68-rated enclosure specially designed for the food industry and washdown environments. The SWB75 features a diffused lens and is a viable option for silhouetting objects. NPN or PNP trigger signal inputs can be used to control the pulse of the light. The intensity of the light can be controlled via 1-10VDC analog signal line or by adjusting the built-in manual potentiometer.

The SX30 (N4) Series of Prox Lights feature a single high current LED enclosed in a 30mm Barrel Style Housing. The SX30 (N4) Series feature an NPN and PNP strobe signal with a 1-10VDC analog intensity control signal for added versatility. The SX30 (N4) Series has multiple mounting options allowing for ease of install and comes with two mounting nuts. The narrow, 4 degree lens allows for a long, tightly focused beam of light.

The SX30 Prox Light Series’ housings are industry-standard threaded-barrel M30 x 1.5 style used for proximity and photoelectric sensors. The Prox Light Series includes an integrated built-in driver – no external driver needed. The SX30 Series features an NPN and PNP trigger signal input with a 1-10VDC analog signal line for added versatility. The SX30 Prox Light has multiple mounting options allowing for ease of install and comes with two mounting nuts.

The SX30G2 spot light features an integrated Multi-Drive driver that can produce up to 300,000 lux. NPN or PNP triggers can be used to trigger the light for either OverDrive or continuous operation. Control light intensity via 1 – 10 VDC analog intensity line or remotely using SmartVisionLink .

The SXP30 Series Projector Light offers a homogeneous light pattern. The 9 mm2 die emits nine times the intensity of a standard high-output LED. The housing is constructed of finned 6061-T6 aluminum and designed to dissipate as much heat as possible, therefore allowing the LED to be run at a much higher current than the standard 1 mm2 die LEDs. Multiple interchangeable pattern styles are available along with optional custom patterns. The SXP30 Series is able to project a thinner and more defined pattern of light compared to laser projectors, making the SXP30 a more accurate light.

The SXP80 Series is among the highest intensity LED based projectors available in the market. With the ability to produce a thin and well-defined light pattern, the SXP80 performs with intensities comparable to that of laser projectors but without the speckle and can be used both far-field and near-field applications. The projector features Multi-Drive along with Smart Vision Lights newest high-speed, high-output driver technology and forced-air cooling. This combination provides very fast high energy strobe capabilities as well as the highest intensity continuous operation available. Multiple interchangeable pattern styles are available, along with optional custom patterns.
