The SXA30 Prox Light Series spot lights featuring an adjustable-length lens, allowing users to select the correct spot size needed for the specific application without having to adjust the position of the whole light. Equipped with convenient mounting options, the SXA30 also offers a completely homogeneous light pattern at any working distance for a defined and even projected spot. The SXA30 Prox Light includes an NPN and PNP trigger signal input with a 1-10VDC analog signal line for added versatility. The SXA30 Prox Light has multiple mounting options allowing for ease of install and comes with two mounting nuts.

SXF30 Prox Light Series of spot lights are designed with flexibility and focusability in mind. The SXP30 Series Projector Light offers a homogeneous light pattern. The 9 mm2 die emits nine times the intensity of a standard high-output LED. The housing is constructed of finned 6061-T6 aluminum and designed to dissipate as much heat as possible, therefore allowing the LED to be run at a much higher current than the standard 1 mm2 die LEDs. Multiple interchangeable pattern styles are available along with optional custom patterns. The SXP30 Series is able to project a thinner and more defined pattern of light compared to laser projectors, making the SXP30 a more accurate light.

The SXP80 Series is among the highest intensity LED based projectors available in the market. With the ability to produce a thin and well-defined light pattern, the SXP80 performs with intensities comparable to that of laser projectors but without the speckle and can be used both far-field and near-field applications. The projector features Multi-Drive along with Smart Vision Lights newest high-speed, high-output driver technology and forced-air cooling. This combination provides very fast high energy strobe capabilities as well as the highest intensity continuous operation available. Multiple interchangeable pattern styles are available, along with optional custom patterns.

The SXW30 Prox Lights Series of spot lights features a stainless-steel enclosure for applications in washdown environments. The SXW30 features an integrated constant current driver built into the light and runs in continuous operation mode. NPN or PNP trigger signals can be used to control the on/off input of the light. The intensity of the light can be controlled via 1-10VDC analog signal line or the manual potentiometer.

The TSLOT Series of lights are an extrusion adaptive LED light illuminator with a homogeneous, uniform light pattern that offers considerable energy savings over fluorescent lighting options. The TSLOT Series of lights are intended for general lighting applications and should not be used for vision applications with cameras. Mounting is easy in that the TSLOT unit slides into the extrusion with no need for extra mounting accessories. The XR256 Series High-Speed Strobe Light is a high speed, high power, pulse-initiated or pulse following strobe with a maximum output of 5000 strobes per second and a pulsed energy rating of 2000 W. The XR256 offers eight manually controlled settings between a 20 μs to 1000 μs strobe pulse duration in pulse-initiated mode and features a preprogrammed 2% duty cycle. The XR256 Series also features SafeStrobe technology which protects LEDs from overheating and premature degradation.

The successful EXO series is the shining basis of the EXO Tracer. The Tracer comes with identical camera features and additionally with a fully functional lens control (focuszoomaperture). Lens mount is a Micro Four Thirds (MFT) mount, covering all electric connections. Due to the size of the MFT Bayonet, the Tracer is a bit larger than the original EXO in dimensions. Still, the excellent thermal concept of the EXO qualifies for a operating temperature of up to 60°C.

All MFT lenses feature a specific beam geometry on the sensor side of the lens, which works in perfect harmony to sensors between 2/3″ and 1.2″. A nearly perfect flatfield is the compelling result. Together with up to 72dB dynamic range and up to 20 MP resolution, the Tracer delivers excellent image quality with its highly sensitive sensors.

The lens properties are integrated into the camera’s GenICam 3.0 tree, any GenICam-driven software is immediately able to use lens control without additional drivers. Same thing is valid for the integrated LED strobe control: All items adjustable via GenICam properties. This permits effortless and quick machine vision integration.

Tests at SVS-Vistek showed a surprising high repeatability of the lenses, even after 1 Mio focus cycles. Focus and zoom times are similar to what you know from lenses in photography.

The FXO stands for excellent image quality. The fast 10GigE interface is an extremely economical interface and at the same time offers excellent conditions for use in larger networks. The large framebuffer and packet resend ensure reliable top frame rates. Up to 100 m cable length is supported by the modern network technology of the FXO.
